To use, wrap the headband around your head and connect the ends with the enclosed clip or safety pin. After you determine exactly how long you want the headband to be, it can be sewn together. Some users have wrapped it over the head and under the chin to relieve jaw discomfort. The headband may also be used other places on your body by securing it with band-aids or an ace bandage. You may reuse your headband. Gently wash it and either let it air dry or dry it on low heat. Do NOT use bleach.
